After a site visit you receive an itemised quotation. Anything you add later is priced and agreed first.

Layouts and 3D views are approved with you first, and every package above is a scope you can walk through in our completed projects.

Can I enquire before my plans are final?
Yes. Share your ideas, references or property details and we'll help you shape them into a scope.
Do you offer design-only services?
We prepare design concepts and 3D proposals as part of our work. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm whether a design-only arrangement suits your project.
Can I renovate selected rooms only?
Yes. Many projects cover selected areas, such as a living room, a kitchen or a single bedroom. Our Room Package is one example.
What is included in a package?
Each package lists its advertised inclusions above. Quantities, materials and any extras are confirmed in your written quotation before work starts.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Dengkil, Selangor. Our completed projects include Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka. Message us to confirm we can cover your location.
How is the final quotation calculated?
It is based on your property, the areas and works included, and the materials you choose. You receive it in writing to review before proceeding.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the scope. We confirm a schedule with you once the quotation is agreed.
